Microsoft launches new Office 365 plans designed for businesses of no more than 300 users by offering more affordable services.
Also, Microsoft will offer an opportunity for its current customers Small and Medium Enterprises plans to move to new subscriptions saving money.
The new plans are:
- Office 365 Business: Includes Office Standard package – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and also Publisher- 1TB Storage Cloud OneDrive and the ability to edit documents from a PC, Mac, iPad, or Windows Tablet Mobile. Your price will save customers 31% per user per year for the current version, Office 365 ProPlus.
- Office 365 Business Essentials: Includes services for the operation of the business, such as email and calendar, Office Online, online meetings, instant messaging, video conferencing, cloud storage and file sharing. Excludes Office Professional.
- Premium Office 365: Office 365 Integrates Business and Business Essentials plans, adding Yammer Enterprise and integration with Active Directory on premise.

Plans with more value and flexibility
These plans provide the most economical solutions with enhanced features such as, compatibility with Active Directory or limit increase to 300 users so that more companies can benefit from them.
On the other hand, SMEs will have more flexibility to be able to move to other business plans or even add solutions such as Project, Visio or Dynamics.
